Dean Christopher&Rose He's a 7th year Ravvie. He tends to flirt a lot, without thinking about it, but he would never do it in a way to make the girl uncomfortable...it's just his nature. He's academically focused, but spends a lot more time thinking about his future Quidditch career. So maybe a hi here and there.
Hallie&Rose She's a girl with a big heart, who tends to forget about your bad side if you have one. But, if you've done something personally to her, she'll hate you forever. She's currently fighting with her best friend, and her boyfriend isn't exactly the best, so she's been on the grouchy side lately. But she'll definitely say hi in passing.
Scott&Rose So, trouble seems to find this one. He doesn't exactly know how, but things don't always go according to plan for him. However, because he's the prefect, he can pretty much get away with anything. And he's not exactly one for enforcing the rules. So do what you want.

prefect friends? rose would totally call him out on not enforcing the rules, but she wouldn't kill him.
