Aspen had been looking forward to the baby shower pretty much since the day Frankie had told her that she was pregnant. Planning parties was one of the many things that Aspen adored and this was absolutely the best reason she could think of to plan and throw an absolute extravaganza that the entire school would be invited to. The only place that would even possibly have enough space for such an event would, of course, be the Room of Requirement and Aspen had the perfect design in mind for the event. There was going to be a jungle animal, zoo type theme going on with the majority of their decorations and Aspen wanted to keep with the theme as best as she possibly could. So, when she woke up extra early to head over and get started, Aspen envisioned the room to take on the appearance of a jungle. Obviously, it was all fake and made of decorations, but when you walked in to see all the vines hanging from the multitude of trees, it looked pretty damn legit and Aspen was thrilled.
Moving towards the middle of the room where there was a large clearing with tables, chairs and a number of other pieces of furniture to make it comfortable, Aspen started to set things up. There was the food, all of her gifts for Frankie and of course, the music. That was, obviously, the most important part. If they were going to celebrate, they had to do it right. Cranking up the tunes, Aspen was quite pleased when she saw that it echoed throughout the entire, large room that they had claimed for the day. Really, Aspen just hoped that Frankie didn't hate the whole thing and that other people did show up. She had sent out personal invitations to each and every person she knew and then some she didn't, so it stood to reason that at least a few people would show up. No matter what happened, Aspen was more than determined to make it one of the best days ever for Frankie.

Roxanne looked at the little jungle themed stroller for two still in the box and smiled. It was a rather cute gift and she knew Frankie would be needing it. Not to mention the 3 packs of newborn diapers that she had in a gift bag. She was excited to go to the baby shower. She wanted nothing more than to see Frankie happy and showered with gifts. She waved her wand and levitated the gift wrap towards her. She really wasn't the best with wrapping presents, but it was too big to fit in a gift bag. She scrunched her face for a while, trying to figure the best way around this. She shrugged and ended up doing a rather decent wrapping job, trying to do her best to not screw it up. When she was finally satisfied, she decided to start towards the Room of Requirement. She levitated her presents and grabbed the little lion shaped cookies she baked for the party. Somehow, she had picked up a gift for cooking from her grandmother at a young age. They smelled delicious, and were nothing but simple sugar cookies but she figured the girls and Frankie would like them. She carried those carefully, hoping to not drop them in the middle of a hallway. She worked all that night before on them. She walked gracefully and swiftly and finally made it to the Room of Requirement. She openned and grinned from ear to ear at the decorations. It was perfect! Almost like the decorations were real but of course they weren't. It was seriously wicked and she could feel her excitement brewing as she looked at Aspen. Who wasn't friends with Aspen? She pretty much wouldn't stop until she made you smile. Aspen! I love this! And Frankie is going to love it too. She added, reassuring her. She hoped that more people would come. But, if they didn't then that was obviously very much their loss to miss such a fantastic party. She looked at the tables and noticed they were quite full and looked at her cookies. Where should I set these down? She asked, not wanting to mess up the decor. She willed her gifts to mingle with the others and looked to Aspen again. Anyways, how have you been? I haven't seen you much in a while. She said, making conversation.

When people started to show up with gifts and extra food and other such things, Aspen couldn't help but start beaming with excitement. After all the work and time that she had put into planning the day, it was actually starting to come together for Frankie. As each person came in, Aspen greeted them warmly and expressed her gratitude that they had come to show their support and everything. Aspen couldn't have been happier with the way things were starting to come together and she absolutely couldn't wait for Frankie to show up and be surprised by it all. Busying herself with last minute adjustments, Aspen turned around excitedly when she heard another person come through the door. Despite what people had said, this was turning out to be quite the success and she was absolutely excited.
Giving Roxanne a bright grin, Aspen bobbed her head a bit, clearly in quite the ecstatic mood. "You think so? I hope so. I mean, it's a big deal and I just want her to be happy," Aspen nodded, biting at her lip a bit. She was sure Frankie would tell her that it was great and that she appreciated it, but she was more concerned with making sure Frankie actually thought that it was great. "Ooh, just set them down wherever there's free space. I'm sure when more people get here that they'll get eaten pretty fast," Aspen nodded. She wasn't the sort of person that became a complete control freak about things, so she wasn't too fussy if people moved things around a bit to make it easier or whatever. As long as everyone was happy, she was happy. That was just the way that Aspen was. "I've been great, but yeah. Busy, busy, so I haven't had much time to get out or anything. Picked up extra hours at work, so, yeah," Aspen said with a bit of a shrug. "How about you? Been doing alright?" she asked, looking over at Roxanne with a rather charming smile.

When Hallie agreed to plan a party for Frankie with Aspen, she was all for the idea at the time. Although she didn’t know Frankie too well, the girl was part of the cheer squad, and always made Hallie feel welcomed. So the least she could do was give back to Frankie by helping to throw an awesome baby shower. Unfortunately, the only thing Hallie was able to contribute to the party planning was the theme, and even that Aspen tweaked it. Not that she was upset, but Hallie did feel sort of bad that she didn’t put more of an effort into helping Aspen with the party. And then Hallie’s world blew up, and she wasn’t much for coming out of her room, let alone going to a party in which she would have to keep up a face.
Summoning up enough energy to get out of her bed, Hallie walked over to the chair across the room, where she threw the baby monitors and activity gym she bought for Frankie’s babies. She carefully wrapped them with silvery wrapping paper, embellishing the package with cute blue and pink ribbons. Satisfied with her handiwork, Hallie traveled to the Room of Requirement, where Aspen was hosting the party. Seeing the girl busying herself with the little details that still needed attending, Hallie quickly put down the package, and rushed over. Hey, sorry I’m late. Do you need me to do anything? Although Hallie wasn’t exactly feeling like herself, she had the ability to act completely fake and cheerful when needed, and of course she didn’t want to let Aspen or Frankie down. It would be uncomfortable, to say the least, but today was about Frankie and her unborn children, and Hallie certainly didn’t want to take that away from the expecting parents.

When Charlie had first learned that she was going to be an aunty, her initial reaction had been to scoff and brush it off as another of Felix's jokes. There wasn't anyway he'd be silly enough to get a girl pregnant. Or so she'd thought. Once she'd realized that Felix wasn't pulling her leg, Charlie had given her brother a hug and told him that she'd be there to support him, no matter what. In reality it had taken her a little longer to warm up to the idea that her big brother was going to be a daddy. The idea of him being a father so young was insane but Charlie had played the supportive sibling because he was her family and she knew that he'd be there for her too, if something so drastic was to happen to her. Not that she had any intention of getting knocked up anytime soon.
All in all, Charlie was okay with the situation Felix had landed himself in. It wasn't like anything could be changed so it was better to just get on with it. Apparently Erinn wasn't at all happy with the situation and had fallen out with her sister over it. Which was why Charlie had every intention of showing up to Frankie's baby shower to show the mother of her brothers babies some support too. After all, they were sort of family now, right?
A grin immediately pulled at Charlie's face when she stepped through the door of the RoR and entered a jungle. "This is amazing." she murmered to herself, her eyes gazing around in awe at the scenery. Aspen Cooper really had outdone herself. Wandering further into the room and towards the pile of growing presents in the room, Charlie placed her present down to the side. They were miniature brooms with the word "Gryffindor" inscribed down the side. They were bewitched to fly above the babies cots. She'd also brought Frankie and Felix some cute lion teddies, a female lion cub and a male lion cub. Okay, so maybe her family had an unnatural obsession with Gryffindor and Quidditch but Charlie didn't think there was anything wrong with passing that obsession onto her nephew and niece since they were obviously going to be in Gryffindor anyway.

Erika was surprisingly excited for her big sister's baby shower. She had spent the last two weeks shopping for the baby when ever she had a chance online. She had bought her a cute little baby bath, a baby bath thermometer, a bottle warmer, and a baby bouncer. She had spent most of her morning finishing the wrapping. She had wrapped them in a pretty yellow wrapping paper and put a bow on each. Nothing was too good for Frankie or the baby. She had made a nice card and signed Erinn's name on it too, hoping it would make Frankie smile. Everything between them was sort of hard for Erika, she was sort of caught in the middle. She quickly got dressed and combed through her hair before levitating the presents all the way from her room to the Room of Requirement. Once she was inside, she put her pile of gifts and walked straight over to Aspen. "This place looks absolutely fantastic," she told her. She was sure that her sister woud love it. After all, today was all about Frankie. "Is there anything else you need? I'll gladly do anything," Erika offered. She would have happily helped Aspen with all of this, but the girl was clearly able to handle everything on her own. The place looked beautiful, absolutely perfect. Frankie really deserved this, plus she could definitely use the gifts for herself and the baby. Erika was very excited for her little niece or nephew to be born. Most people looked down on Frankie for it, but Erika loved the idea of becoming an aunt.

The door continued to open, letting a trickle of people into the room and Aspen popped over to say her hellos to all of them. Obviously, she had to greet each person as they came in, since that was what a good hostess did. Flitting about, Aspen made sure to talk to everyone, make her conversations and smile quite a lot. "Hey, Hallie! Nope, I think we've got everything covered," Aspen nodded, giving her a large hug as she walked in. She knew Hallie had been dealing with quite a lot lately, so she was pretty glad that the girl had managed to get out and come to the party. "It's good to see you, by the way," Aspen added, looking over at Hallie with a sympathetic look. She didn't want to get into any serious conversation at the moment, since she figured Hallie deserved a bit of time to just relax a bit and have a good time.
Looking over at the door as more people started to come, Aspen gave Charlie a quick wave of hello, quite glad that she had come to support her brother. Obviously, Felix needed support too, even if he wasn't carrying the babies. Then, Erika came in and Aspen was pretty damn pleased. She wasn't sure what the situation with Erika and Frankie was, but she had a feeling it was probably a lot better than that between Erinn and Frankie was. "Erika! It's great that you're here. So glad you made it. I think everything is ready to go, but yeah, just hang out and keep a smile on," Aspen nodded. Obviously, that was all anyone needed to do at the moment. This was turning out quite well, Aspen thought. The siblings of the two parents to be were here, well, some of them, and there were enough other people there to help show support as well.

Felix didn't really want to show up to the baby shower thing, since it seemed way more like a girls event than anything, but he had been told that he needed to go anyways. Besides, the guys were all invited too, so there was at least a little bit of a chance that maybe one of them might show up to help make the whole baby party thing a little less dreadful. At the very least, he knew there would be food and Felix quite liked eating. And, of course, Felix had to be there to support Frankie or whatever it was that he was supposed to be doing. It could turn out to be a good time, anyways, since there would be plenty of people to chat with and such, most of them girls and all of them excited about the babies.
Having thrown on a fairly casual outfit and gotten himself ready to go, Felix made his way over to the room of requirement, entering into it with a rather surprised look. He definitely hadn't been expecting anything as intense as the setup before him, but he had to admit that it was pretty cool. Wheeling around a group of people and muttering a few hellos here and there, Felix looked around to see who all was there. Mostly girls, with a few guys scattered around, probably brought there by force, but not particularly anyone that he wanted to go chat with. He did, however, catch sight of his younger sister and a bit of a grin tugged at his lips. He hadn't talked much to Charlie lately and it was good to see that she was there too. "Hey, kid. Good to see you," Felix said as he came up behind her, reaching over to ruffle her hair a bit. "What'cha been up to?"

To be honest, Dean had no intention of showing up to the baby shower. While he did want to make some sort of appearance to show Frankie that he supported the pregnancy, unlike other members in his family, Dean was still uneasy about who the father was. Sure, there would always be tension between him and Felix, due to them both being Quidditch captains, but Dean wasn’t certain how Felix would be as a father. And obviously, as the oldest cousin in the family, Dean wanted nothing but the best for Frankie. However, all his worries were put aside when Dean finally manned up and sent Felix an e-message, expressing his concern. He might seriously dislike some aspects of Felix, but Dean can now say that he didn’t mind Felix being the father of his little cousins.
Admittedly, Dean spent the entire morning trying to wrap the two lion quilts he had his mother make. Unfortunately for him, his handiwork was horrible, and the package looked like a blob. Becoming frustrated, Dean handed it off to one of his random first year fans, and was quite satisfied when it returned, wrapped in pink and blue paper complete with little red and gold ribbons. Thanking her, as he definitely would not have had enough patience to deal with it, Dean spotted the two pillow pets sitting by the window. They were the very pillow pets that Erinn wanted him to give to Frankie, and the same pillow pets that Frankie refused to take. Thinking about it for a minute, Dean threw the lion animals into the basket along with his two packages, and walked off in the direction of the Room of Requirement. Upon reaching the room where Aspen invited everyone for Frankie’s baby shower, Dean couldn’t help but to let out a grin of amusement. Aspen seriously went all out, as the place was sporting a jungle theme. Of course, no one knew whether the kids were going to be in Gryffindor, but it never hurt to prepare them. Looking around the room, Dean noticed there was quite a good turnout already. He nodded towards Aspen and Hallie, glad that she made it to the party. He spotted Erika off to the side doing something, knowing it was Erika only because he knew Erinn was still uncertain about coming. And of course, there was Felix and Charlie talking to each other. Dean had only seen Charlie a few times, hanging out with Erinn, and has never exactly spoken to her. Deciding it was best to finally break the ice between the two families, Dean made his way over there. Hey Charlie. Felix. He nodded towards the guy, to show there were no hard feelings between them anymore. Congratulations, man.

Pretty much up until the moment Erinn left for the baby shower, she hadn't really known if she was going to show up or not. Things between her and Frankie hadn't gotten any better, so it wasn't like she knew if she was even wanted there or not, but she kind of felt like she needed to go. Besides, if Frankie got mad she could just claim that she was there for Felix and give him the pretty stuffed animal that she had made. Figuring that Frankie probably wasn't going to be one of the first few there, Erinn left a bit early for the Room of Requirement, deciding that it was probably best if she showed up first, else she probably wouldn't have done it. Erinn didn't like facing her problems and she definitely didn't like admitting she was wrong, so just being there was going to be difficult enough. She'd much rather avoid seeing the look on Frankie's face if she showed up when the girl was already there.
Holding the card and stuffed animals in one hand, Erinn pushed the door open to the Room of Requirement when it appeared and made her way into the room. It was pretty crazy how much effort had been put into the party and Erinn hadn't been expecting it to be as big of a deal as it was. Clearly, there were plenty of people supporting Frankie in this whole thing and maybe it was best that she just left before anything could happen. It wasn't like Frankie needed her. Besides, she felt kind of stupid there. However, a few people had already spotted her and said their hellos, so it was pretty unlikely that she could just leave without anyone mentioning it to Frankie.
Nodding a bit at a few of the others, Erinn's eyes scanned the crowd through all of the decorations, hoping to find someone she could go talk to without saying something stupid. Dean was there, but he was with Felix and Charlie and that probably wouldn't turn out too well. Best to avoid those and not cause the party to fail epically at her behalf. Then she spotted Erika, which seemed like a much better option. Much safer, at least. Walking over there, Erinn gave her twin a bit of a wave. "Uh, hey," she said, biting at her lip a bit. It felt awkward being there and Erinn didn't like it one bit.

When Aspen had mentioned that she'd be throwing a baby shower, Frankie had thought that it would be a small gathering in an empty class room or something. Frankie was stood in the doorway to the room of requirement, her mouth slightly agape. Aspen had gone all out on a jungle theme and all Frankie could do was marvel at the sight before her. It was a little hard to wrap her head around the fact that Aspen had done all of this for her. Quickly wiping at her eyes when she felt tears begin to form, Frankie wandered further into the room and was immediately ambushed with hello's and little cheers. The turnout was pretty impressive considering Frankie hadn't thought anyone was all that impressed with her situation. The fact that there so many people here to show their support made her want to start crying all over again.
Waving and smiling back her hello's, Frankie immediately made her way over to where Aspen was stood with her sister. "Aspen! This is amazing." she mumbled around the lump in her throat as tears threatened to gush down her cheeks. "Hey Erika." Frankie greeted her sister with a watery smile and then shook her head in an attempt to stop herself from crying. "Sorry. Hormones, y'know?" she half laughed and then moved to give Erika a hug before turning to give Aspen one. "Thank you for doing this." wiping at her cheeks with the back of her hand, Frankie felt her breath catch when she noticed Erinn stood to the side of Erika. How hadn't she noticed her stood there?
"Erinn.." the smile she'd been wearing immediately slipped from her lips, mostly from the shock of seeing her sister here at the baby shower. "I didn't think you'd to come to a party being thrown for your whore sister." she snapped bitterly, anger bubbling beneath her calm facade. A mix of emotions were churning at her insides. Happiness because it was good to see her sister okay and actually here. Confusion because she felt happiness when all she wanted to feel was anger. And anger because Erinn had a lot of nerve showing up after everything she'd said.

"Aright," Erika said to Aspen, "just let me know if you do." With that, she walked over to where the cookies and other snacks had been placed. She took one and ate it, deciding to stand off by herself for a minute. When she noticed Erinn walk in, her eyeballs nearly popped out of her head. She had not in her wildest dreams imagined that Erinn would come. Erika smiled as her twin walked towards with a small wave. "Hey yourself," she replied. "I didn't think you'd come," she told her, but felt it almost rude as if stating she weren't welcome. Of course she was, this baby shower was for her sister after all. "I'm glad you did though."
Once Frankie came in, Erika knew she couldn't have been the only one who watched her with adoring eyes. "Hey, Frankie," she said. She could see the tears on her sisters face and had to try her best not to choke up in response. Erika had always had a tendency to cry if someone close to her started crying, she wasn't even sure why it happened. She accepted the hug from her sister huge smile overtaking her entire face. Once Frankie spotted Erinn, things took a sudden turn. Frankie was very angry and Erika really didn't want this here, not now. This was supposed to be a happy day, a good day. There wasn't supposed to be a fight between her sisters, but of course there would be. She really wished they could move on and be a family again, removing Erika from being stuck in the middle of their fights.

Hearing Erika's response, Erinn shrugged a bit. She didn't think she was going to show up either, but there she was. The way she was starting to feel, she was pretty sure that she probably wouldn't be around for all that long and would just give Frankie the gift and get the hell out of there before anything could go wrong. Knowing her past record, there was a pretty damn good chance that something would go wrong. Someone would get mad, she would do something stupid, something to that effect and as displeased with Frankie as she was, she didn't want to ruin the whole baby shower thing. "Yeah, yeah, it's ah, good to see you too," Erinn commented, giving her twin a bit of a nod. They hadn't gotten to hang out nearly as much as they used to, what with the drama with Frankie and the fact that she was off with her girlfriend a lot of the time. That or sulking around in the dungeons and being a grumpy bitch.
Watching as Frankie came into the room, Erinn tensed up a bit, prepared to meld into the background and leave if the need arose. She had pretty much been avoiding Frankie since they'd gotten into their fight and it was definitely weird seeing her. Moving so that she was slightly behind Erika, just in case, Erinn's gaze fell to the floor rather awkwardly as Frankie walked over. Honestly, she kind of wanted to be anywhere but there at the moment, especially when Frankie addressed her. She deserved it, of course, but that didn't make it any easier. "Don't worry, I'll go. Just, I brought these," Erinn muttered, holding out the card and the two stuffed animals she made. "They're kind of ugly since I tried making them myself, but, yeah...they're s'posed to be lions..." It was obvious that it took a lot of effort for Erinn to not bite back and fly off the handle as soon as Frankie turned combative, but it wasn't something that she was capable of keeping up for long. Not in the least.

Nika sat on her bed, wrapping the two hats in pastel colored paper with a flick of her wand. She was proud to say that her mother taught her that when she was young. Attaching the card to the little box with a string, the girl stood up and walked out of the Slytherin dorms. Normally she would fly to wherever it was that she was going, but her destination this time was merely the Room of Requirement. Each step she took, her confidence seemed to shrink. At first she was okay with attending her girlfriend’s sister’s baby shower, but then her nerves started to take over her mind. That meant that she was going to be around everyone, especially people that she didn’t like. The only thing that kept her moving forward was the fact that Erinn should be there. If she wasn’t, then Nika would have to go out, find her and bring her because it wouldn’t be right if Frankie’s sister wasn’t there. Even if people didn’t support the pregnancy they should be there. You cant undo things like that.
The huge doors swung open revealing a rather large, exotic looking room. Nika furrowed her brow. A slightly confused expression crossed her face. All of the baby showers that she had attended were decked out with pastel colors and bows. A jungle theme was a bit out of the ordinary, but she liked the creativity. Nika’s apple green eyes scanned the room and landed on what she thought to be her girlfriend. She ran up behind her and practically tackled her, wrapping her arms around the girl and kissing her on the cheek. It had been quite a while since she saw Erinn and she seriously missed her. Being away in Bulgaria had been difficult for her.
Nika hopped off the girl’s back, smiling, noticing the other two people that stood there with them. She blinked, seeing Erinn and her twin standing next to each other. Damn. She hoped that she had chosen the right one. If she didn’t all hell would break loose, if she did, everything would continue on. Nika turned to Frankie, who was also standing with them, “Uh…congrats on the… blizna-,“ she corrected herself, “-twins.” A small smile appeared as she held out the small box.

To be honest, Charlie was feeling a little on the awkward side. Stood alone by the presents, she smiled and waved hello's at the people she recognized. There wasn't anyone she really knew though, hence the awkwardness. Come to think of it, Charlie didn't really know Frankie all that well either. But she supposed she would get to know the older girl more once the twins were born and Charlie went round to see them and things. Frankie seemed nice enough from what she'd seen and heard from other people. Plus she was Erinns sister and Charlie liked Erinn which was a plus.
Wandering over to the food, Charlie glanced over what was on offer, eventually picking up a bewitched gummy snake that curled itself snug around her hand, propping up its head so she could take a bite. Ripping it's head off with her teeth, she chewed on it and checked out the room again, admiring the decorations. She sort of wished there was a huge rope swing hanging from a tree so that she could swing about like tarzan. When a familiar voice came from behind, Charlie went to duck out of the way of the in-coming hair ruffle she knew she was about to be on the receiving end of, but was too late. "Felix." she whined, patting down her hair with her free hand. "Ah, you know, the usual. School work, seeing friends. Quidditch." she shrugged her shoulders here and elbowed him in the side playfully. "What about you? Impregnated any girls lately?" she teased and stuck out her tongue at her brother before taking another bite of her gummy snake.
