Charlie loves his mates. He has many acquaintances but only has a handful of genuine male friends, and a few female friends. In a group Charlie would be the laid back one. He's also the one who tries to keep things calm if an argument kicks off. He doesn't really go out of his way to speak to people he doesn't know unless he has to.
Haters
Charlie has been in many duels and physical fights during his time at Hogwarts. And most of those fights have been with Slytherins and they are usually started because of pranks that have been pulled by either house. Despite that Charlie's laid back nature means he doesn't get into arguments or fights anymore. The only time he would, would be to defend his mates.
Lovers
Charlie has had a few flings here and there. He loves a good snog and is usually always hooking up with some girl at a party. Despite that he isn't a huge playboy, he just likes to have fun. He won't make an effort to flirt or be charming unless he likes a girl.
