First off, I have Eliwood. He's not the type that would be overly friendly towards December and he's especially bitter towards Hufflepuffs. He'd definitely be a jerk.
Then, I have Val. I'm not sure they'd know each other? Though, it's possible they run into each other in Hogsmeade or something to that effect. He wouldn't mind her, though he'd think she was a bit odd.

even though he'd be a jerk, she'd still try to be
nice and sweet cause that's the way emmie is.
val + december,
hmmm, well emmie is a transfer student from
beauxbatons...o.o but i don't have the slightest
idea. i think they would of most likely met in
hogsmeade cause she not only works there, but
often goes there cause her father and annbel-lee,
her daughter lives there. haha a lot of people
think she's odd and weird, especially since she
says she has a kid willingly without the slightest
care in the world
