After a rather long day, filled with hardcore Quidditch practices and the occasional bit of homework, Felix found that the best way to release any excess stress and just relax was to hit up the prefect's bathroom. It was a very exclusive little room, which only the finest of students were able to enter. Felix, as the captain of the Quidditch team, had full rights to be a part of the secrets that took place there. The first time that he'd ever been able to enter into the room, Felix honestly didn't believe that it was legit. The bathtub was far too fancy to actually work, but it did and it was amazing. It was easily the most relaxing place that Felix could think of and it wasn't like there were that many people that could barge in on him and disturb his much needed rest. Anywhere else in the castle and there would be people all over the poor boy. Sometimes, even attention whores like Felix needed their rest from the constant badgering.
Puttering about his dormitory, Felix gathered up the essentials that he would need to bring along with him to the bathroom. Simple things; a shirt, some shorts, a towel, but nothing more than that. He knew that the bathroom, like always, would have so many different soaps and shampoos that he wouldn't even have to worry a bit about it. One way or other, he would come out of it smelling like a god, with some assortment of scents to bathe himself in. Throwing his things into a small bag, Felix left from his room, nodding a few hellos along the way, before heading out of the commons to start the trek down to the fifth floor.
It didn't take him long and would have taken much less time had he not stopped along the way to meet and greet with a few girls that he didn't recognize. Always the charmer, that one. Muttering the password as he reached the entrance, Felix pushed through the door and into the prefect's bathroom. Much to his excitement, it was currently unoccupied and he was completely welcome to have at the bathtub. Considering there was only the one tub there, it was sometimes a bit difficult to find a time where it was open. However, it seemed that he had gotten lucky this time and so he quickly hopped to getting things ready before someone else came along, looking for their turn.
Adjusting the knobs to start the flow of water and bubbles, Felix hopped back to let the tub fill up. Stripping himself of his shirt first, he threw it off to the side to be picked up later. Waiting there in nothing but his boxers, he threw his feet over the side of the tub as it started to fill. Even if the pressure was good and the water was quickly flowing, the tub was large enough that it took a significant amount of time to get ready. Felix didn't mind, however, as it was just extra time for him to let his mind fall to rest. There was a smile on his face, though there was no particular reason for it, he was just in a good mood. All in all, it had been a good day for the young man and this was the perfect way to end it.

I miss yellow lines in my roads Some color on monochrome* - - - Maybe I’ll paint them in myself Fists flew in all directions as they punched and clawed at one another. Rose happened to be passing by, completing her daily rounds. She examined the brawling student's robes. She could have guessed that it was a Slytherin and one of her fellow Gryffindors. "Ladies please," she stated politely. The students ignored her, grasping locks of hair and yanking them to the floor. Strike one. "Stop the fighting." Rose's voice became a bit angrier as the two hadn't listened the first time. A small crowd had gathered around the scene hooting and cheering.
The Gryffindor was shoved to the ground, hitting her bum on the marble floor. Rose picked up the struggling girl and attempted to hold her back to break apart the fight. That didn't work. The Slytherin lashed out, nails ready to maul. The Gryffindor ducked her head out of the way and the hand slashed across Rose's cheek. Rose dropped the girl that she was holding back who immediately lunged out at the other student. "Bloody hell" Rose exclaimed as she wiped some of the blood off her cheek. She reached down and grabbed her wand out of her boot. "Petrificus Totalus." Both students froze and dropped to the floor. The ginger looked around at the crowd that had gathered and shot them all the 'go away before I do this to you' look. Rose turned back around to face the two motionless students. "Now, as for you two," there was a suspenseful pause as she decided what she was going to do with them. She tapped her foot on the marble floor and dangerously twirled her wand around her fingers. The girl sighed, "I'll let you both go, but I trust that I won't see this happening anymore." Rose swished her wand at the Gryffindor who stood up quickly and looked up at her like a deer stunned by headlights. Rose nodded her head, accepting the student's silent apology before the girl ran off. As for the Slytherin, Rose kneeled down next to her. "You my dear, have done something worse," she whispered as she pointed to the scratch marks on her cheek, slightly smiling. "I should take fifty points from Slytherin for this." The student's eyes widened fearfully because now a days, Slytherins who get points taken away from the house become the victims until they redeem themselves. Rose's lips curled into a smirk. "But I won't," she could see the relief in the girl's face, "You're house can't afford to lose any more points anyway." She flicked her wand and watched the student jump up and brush herself off. "Go back to your common room." The girl turned and quickly walked off down the corridor. Rose shooed the rest of the audience away and told them to continue what they were doing before the commotion.
Rose waited for the last of the students to disappear around the corner before she turned on her heel and stormed off toward the Prefect's Bathroom. Of course, she wasn't a prefect, but she was a student of a higher position. The Head Girl. Her father was so proud of her when she received the owl. Rose reached the door and muttered the password, a hint of anger was noticeable in her voice. The door swung open and the walked through briskly, completely oblivious to the person standing by the tub. The girl headed straight for the sink, examining the fingernail trails in the mirror before turning the faucet on. She splashed some cold water on her face, the cuts stung, feeling as though they were on fire.
The Gryffindor wiped her face on a clean towel and looked back up into the mirror. Aside from herself there was another figure in the background . She spun around to see the back of a head that she was almost too familiar with. Rose blushed a shade of deep pink as she recognized Felix sitting on the side of the tub in his boxers. "Hey there, stranger," she said with a slight chuckle, a hand held to her cheek hiding the scratches. Her deep brown eyes twinkled in the slightest way as she smiled and bit her lower lip sheepishly. tagged; andi/felix words; 704 wearing; here (:music; merry happy- kate nash notes; ah. finally posted. i hope you like it (:

Sitting at the edge of the tub, Felix kicked his feet in the water impatiently, waiting for the water to fill enough so that he would be able to slide in and just relax under the bubbles. Felix wasn't the most patient under any circumstances and this was no exception. There was, quite honestly, nothing else to do aside from sit there and wait as the water flowed into the tub. Propping his head up on his arms Felix watched the bubbles as they flowed out of the tap, a bemused smile on his face. As was only proper, they were coming out in shades of red and gold. Obviously, the tub knew him quite well and could easily cater to his desires.
A few minutes in to his wait, Felix heard the door swing open and he glanced back to see who it was. He wasn't really too concerned as to who it might be, since whatever the case, he looked damn good and was perfectly happy to have some intruders. His body was perfectly sculpted and Felix, being the sort of guy that he was, had no problem showing that off. He smirked as he saw who it was, though she angrily passed right by him to the sink. Usually, this would have bothered Felix quite a bit. He liked when people paid him attention and for her to just walk right by as though he didn't exist, that was blow to his pride. However, he couldn't be too upset about that when he saw the scratches on her face. Obviously, that was a bit more concerning than the fact that she had ignored him for the moment.
Even if Felix wasn't the type to settle down with one girl, he was the type to care about the girls that he did see quite often. He considered himself something of a knight in shining armor and if something was to happen to any of his girls, there was no doubt that Felix would be the first to hop to their defense. He watched her for a moment as she set about her tasks in front of the mirror, but turned his attention away before she could turn around to see him there watching. He wasn't being creepy, just curious as to what had happened with her. Knowing Rose, it was probably something to do with her duties as head girl. She took them rather seriously and at times, the kids went a little crazy, so he wouldn't have been surprised if that were the case.
Waiting patiently for her to turn around and see him there, a smirk arose on his face when she finally noticed him. Acting as though he were surprised to see her coming up behind him, Felix turned around and positioned himself so that he was facing her. "Well, hello there beautiful. Come here to see me?" he asked, a rather sly smile on his face. It was quite obvious that this certainly wasn't about seeing him, but that certainly wasn't about to stop Felix from acting as if it was. A flicker of concern was still present in his eyes as they fell upon her face, though she seemed to be hiding it at the point. However, Felix wasn't going to say anything about that just yet. Perhaps after she mentioned it he could act more concerned or whatever, but for now he was more interested in other lines of conversation.
Leaning back a bit to stretch out, he patted at the tub next to him, inviting Rose to come sit with him. Other people might have found it slightly awkward to be sitting around in their boxers when someone else was in the room, but that sort of thing had never bothered Felix before. Besides, it was Rose and she was welcome to see him in boxers any time he wanted. "How've you been? Haven't seen you much lately," Felix asked, starting up some sort of conversation. Not, perhaps, the most exciting, but it was more or less a required start to any conversation after a few days of not seeing someone. It was, supposedly, the polite thing to do and helped to show an interest in the person in question.

I miss yellow lines in my roads Some color on monochrome* - - - Maybe I’ll paint them in myself Rose wished that she knew that Felix was in there before she barged in. The boy in his boxer made Rose forget about the fingernail scratch marks on her cheek. She slowly took her hand away from her cheek and smiled, chuckling slightly. “If that’s what you want to think,” she said with a smirk as she rolled her chocolate colored eyes at him. Of course she didn’t go to the Prefects’ Bathroom expecting to see him in his boxers, though she really couldn’t complain. She most definitely liked what she saw. His washboard abs would have any girl swooning. But Rose was different, she did not swoon over any guys, she simply showed her affection or lust in other ways. Many other girls would kill to be in her position, and she knew it, but didn’t like to flaunt it.
Felix patted the tub next to him. Rose hesitated for a second before making her way over to the side of the tub. She really did not want him to see the scratches. It made her look as if she had gotten into some kind of fight, which she certainly did not. She sat down next to him, but jumped up quickly. “Blimey!” There was a small puddle of water where she had sat down. Or rather, there was water on the ledge, but now it was all over the back of Rose’s robes. She chuckled, “You totally did that on purpose.” She was quick to think that it was one of his little pranks.
Rose took off her robe and tossed it onto the nearby bench. “If that bench is wet, someone is going to croak,” she said jokingly. It would be too embarrassing to walk around with a huge wet patch on the arse of her robe. She turned around and scrunched her nose at him before she sat on his lap. “I’m not taking any more chances with sitting in wet spots,” Rose said as she smiled a bit.
“I’ve been good. You know, same ol’ crap that I always deal with,” Rose paused and touched her fingers to her cut cheek, “Broke up a bit of a nasty brawl on the fourth floor before I came here.” She looked down at the floor, a bit embarrassed, yet slightly proud because she had fulfilled her duties as the Head Girl.

A bright smile arose on his face when Rose started to lighten up and drop her hand. He liked that he was able to bring a smile to her face and cheer her up after a possibly difficult afternoon. He grinned over at her as she answered, quite pleased with himself. Even if she hadn't exactly intended to come find him, he certainly preferred to think so. "I'm happy to go with that," he said, inclining his head slightly. Rose was fun and different from a lot of girls he tended to hang around. It wasn't often that girls played at all hard to get around him and Rose always did. Even if they'd been something of an item, off and on, for some time, it was still a challenge every time. It was almost as if he had to consistently prove himself each time and it never failed to be exciting between the two of them. It wasn't the most normal of relationships, perhaps, but it worked for them.
As she came to sat down next to him, Felix's face softened to an almost sweet smile. However, that lasted all of a few seconds, as she quickly jumped back up from the seat. Felix was quite confused as to why she was jumping back up, until he realized what had happened. He grinned over at her and laughed a bit. He hadn't planned it at all, but he wasn't above taking credit for such a thing. After all, it got her to take her robe off. Not that he couldn't have gotten about that in plenty of other ways, of course. "What can I say, I was planning ahead. I had a feeling you'd be coming and figured I'd start things off right," he commented with a wink, chuckling a bit as he did so. He wasn't that bad and probably never would have even thought to attempt something like that.
Though he knew that she said it in jest, he wouldn't have put it past Rose to knock his head about a bit if the bench did turn out to be wet. "If so, you can gladly have my robes," Felix promised with a solemn nod. Obviously, walking around without his robes was something that he would never have a problem with. After all, he looked pretty damn good without them. Shifting slightly as she sat on his lap, he moved to wrap his arms around her, resting his hands comfortably on her knees. It was an easy and almost natural position for him to take, especially with Rose. "Mm, can't say I'm opposed to that one," he said lightly, a bit of a smirk on his face. Having her sitting there felt good, for sure and he was quite glad that she was there.
Looking at her scratch, he sadfaced a bit to show his concern. "I'm not sure if I should commend you for being such a good Head Girl, or be disappointed in you for breaking up a chick fight without letting me come watch," he said, rather seriously, though his eyes were twinkling in jest. "Seriously though, you want me to fix it? I have my wand and can heal it up for you right quick," he offered. Even if he was sometimes a complete prick, he truly did care about his friends and of course, about Rose. So, seeing her with a cut across her cheek certainly troubled him a bit. Probably moreso than it did herself, even. Of course, that was something he felt he could easily fix with a quick spell, as they'd learned a few charms here and there to help with that sort of thing.

I miss yellow lines in my roads Some color on monochrome* - - - Maybe I’ll paint them in myself Rose Weasley chuckled slightly at Felix's comment about planning ahead. "I see where you're going with this," she said as a playful smirk crossed her pink lips. She didn't need a ministry detective to figure out what Felix wanted to do, but that didn't phase Rose one bit. She loved playing along with him, being just a gutter-minded as he was. The girl tossed her robe onto a bench and turned back around. "Thank you for the offer, Mr. Wood, but I can't have you walk around without the proper attire. Your abs would start a commotion in the corridors," she smiled and took a seat on his lap. Not only would Felix's abs start a commotion, but it might start a riot between the entire female population at Hogwarts. "It'd be much too much work for me, though I would like to witness that event," Rose said laughing. Of course she could handle it; she was head girl, but she knew how many girls wanted a piece of him. She also knew how many girls could only shoot for the stars with that one. A slight smirk flashed across her face as she looked down at the tiles on the floor when she thought about that.
Felix rested his hands on Rose's knees. The girl didn't even think twice about it. The two of them had been in this position too way too many times for it to seem awkward. She placed her own hands over his and laced their fingers. "I think I should be honored for such a deed. I broke up a bloody fight for Merlin's sake," Rose laughed at his reaction. It was typical, and completely expected. "I'll be sure to send you an urgent owl the next time I stumble across one." She knew that he was joking and all she could do was roll her eyes and chuckle.
Rose bit down on her lower lip gently when Felix asked if she wanted him to fix her wounds. Are they really that noticeable? she asked herself. If they were, she certainly couldn't walk around looking like that. "Would you?" The girl's eyes brightened a bit and a small smile crawled across her lips. She was happy that Felix would do that for her. If she was completely confident in her ability to perform that spell on herself, she would have already done so. tagged; andi/felix words; 400? wearing; here (:music; merry happy- kate nash notes; -bloop-

One of Felix's favorite things about Rose was that she usually went along with his flirting and his not-so-subtle sexual innuendos. She wasn't like some of the other girls that either took it completely seriously or got angry with him for something like that. "Well, 'course you do. Wouldn't want it to go any other place, yeah?" Felix asked, grinning wickedly. Felix knew that he flirted probably more often than he should have, but he didn't care. It was fun and Felix liked to have fun, so he wasn't about to up and change his ways. Besides, that would be like some sort of crime against humanity. After all, the ladies clearly looked forward to talking and flirting with someone so amazing as Felix. Depriving them of such an honor would be a terrible thing to do.
The thought that he could start a riot through the halls was certainly an amusing one, but probably not too far out of the question. After all, he did have some pretty damn impressive abs and quite the following of women. At least, he was pretty sure he did. The Felix Flock. That's what he would call them. "Well, we'll just have to save that for next Quidditch practice. You're perfectly welcome to come and invite the whole Felix Flock to come along and watch," Felix offered, as if this was some sort of generous thing to give. He never practiced with his shirt on, which brought in quite a bit of attention most days. It was as if he had a constant crowd there to cheer him on, even when he wasn't actually playing a match and it did wonders for his already over-sized ego. He had no doubt that it would just continue to grow once he was actually famous like his father, all over the covers of magazines and what not.
Smiling as she took his hands, Felix chuckled a bit at her response. "Well than, what ever can I do to thank you for such amazing deeds?" Felix asked, raising an eyebrow in amusement. Certainly, he didn't mind opening the floor for suggestions, since of course he meant that in the most Felix way possible. Being the type of person that he was, he didn't often mind sitting back with a smirk and seeing where Rose wanted to take things. "You know I'm always down for girl fights," Felix chuckled. He wasn't above admitting such things, since that's just how he was. Felix was Felix and he wasn't really the sort of person that changed himself just to impress other people. Since, obviously, he was perfectly impressive just as he was.
Nodding lightly at her question, Felix reached over to his robes and took out his wand. Lightly tapping it, he pointed it towards his face and whispered a quick healing spell. Dropping his wand back on top of his robes, he ran his fingers lightly along her face to make sure that he had fixed it properly. Satisfied with his work, he leaned forward and kissed her cheek. "All better, than. Anything else that I have to fix from your terrible fight?" Felix asked, a light grin playing on his face. He didn't know how serious the fight had been, so he had to be sure that she was okay, of course. Even if he was a bit of a jerk, he was quite caring when it came down to it. Though, only for the people that he genuinely cared for. Other people were a lot less important, as far as Felix was concerned.
