Shaking her head Cherry sighed softly before replying, You visited me, taking time out of your busy day when you could be doing anything else. The very least I can do is buy lunch. Many arguments of the arguments Cherish and Salvatore had were quite entertaining for not only themselves but on-lookers as well. Something told Cherry this argument would not be any different, not that she really minded.
A slight pout appeared on Cherish's face as she heard Sal's request. Biting her lower lip another sigh escaped Cherry as she said, Hmph! Fine. I'll go to your next Qudditch match. Though she did enjoy qudditch when she was younger she found herself being bored when watching the game and very unlike actually playing it. But her Mother always scolded her whenever she played Qudditch do to it being very unladylike.
Shopping and female were said to be connected from birth, but that was not how it was for Cherish. Being a girl of old money she had it easy. Most of her things were expensive and nice, but usually were ruined because of how she played. Cherry was not a very ladylike girl, something her mother hated about Cherish when she was younger. But now, she dressed properly for events however whenever she was working or at home clothing of comfort was her choice.
While England was her first and France was her second, but because her family was close to the de Luca's she found Italy to be her third home. Normally Cherry would be excited to go to Italy, but it was for shopping. Shopping for some silly event for things she most likely would never use however instead of using facial expressions she instead used sarcasm, Lovely, how lovely. Though it meant less pressure from both parents, the fact it meant shopping just killed the thrill of less stress and less nagging.

The fact that she assumed his day was busy warranted a soft chuckle to escape Salvatore's lips. Busy was the last thing that he was that day. After practice, he had honestly had a completely open schedule to do with as he pleased. True, he could be doing absolutely anything else, but he certainly couldn't think of a better way to be spending his time at present. He enjoyed Cherry's company, overdrawn arguments and all, so he hardly considered it an inconvenience to be spending his time there with her. "I'm hardly busy. Aside from perhaps a nap, there really isn't much else that I could be doing right now. At least, nothing that would be worth my time," he retorted, shaking his head lightly. A quick scan of the room showed that there were a few people engrossed in their little argument, a fact which highly amused Salvatore. Though he wasn't one to make a scene, exactly, he did quite enjoy the attention their little spats tended to bring about. Of course, how much of the attention was due to their arguing and how much was due to the fact that he was a celebrity, Salvatore couldn't be sure.
As Cherry agreed to his request, a suitably pleased look passed by his face. He knew that she didn't entirely enjoy being there, but he liked having her there to support him and the rest of his team, either way. "Brilliant. I'll let coach know to save me one of the box seats. And if you want, you can come early and fly around with us," he offered. He also knew that her mother would be terribly irate if she caught wind of such a thing, but Salvatore could deal with that if she did happen to hear about it. Playing Quidditch with the team was entirely more entertaining than just watching. Though, Sal did love to attend matches just as much as he enjoyed playing in them, if both teams were playing well, that is. Sal could see how it could get dull watching a sub-par team playing. It was much better if the action was on both sides and it was a constant toss-up as to who would end up pulling ahead with the win.
Of course, Sal assumed that Cherry could understand that to a point. They'd played Quidditch together many a time growing up and she was just as hard as some of the other guys on his team when it came to playing. That was something else that he loved about her. She was rough and tumble more than she was prissy and proper, yet she could play nice along with the best of them when she needed to. She fit expectations when it was required of her, but defied them when she was just being herself and it kept Salvatore on his toes. He couldn't have been with some predictable, boring girl and been happy, so the fact that he had a chance to be with Cherry certainly wasn't something he was going to take lightly.
Noting the sarcasm in her voice, Salvatore looked over at her with a bemused expression. Obviously she was still quite displeased by the fact that they would be going shopping. "How about on top of our shopping adventure, we have some fun while we're there?" he suggested, his head tilting to the side slightly as he spoke. There was always something fun to do in Italy, as far as Sal was concerned, so he had no doubt that he could come up with something when they were there that would offset the experience of shopping at least a bit. Even if he couldn't entirely do away with it, he at least could try and make up for it. Sal felt that he was spontaneous enough to manage a pretty decent afternoon for the both of them.

Pouting in a very child-like manner Cherry said, Lucky! I haven't had a free day in the longest time. But it doesn't matter that you would be napping if you hadn't decided to visit me, you took the time out of your precious nap time that is still time out of your day, despite the lack of things you need to do. As Cherish looked about, from the corner of her eye, she noted how plenty of people were intrigued by their little argument. But that did not prevent Cherry from continuing their argument, it in fact encouraged her even more.
The moment Salvatore suggested Cherish fly along side with them her eyes instantly sparkled as she agreed, Yes! Of course, you really know me all too well. It did not matter that her mother would have a fit, flying and qudditch were two things she had not been able to do for some time.Especially since she was would be hanging out with Salvatore, her mother really had no right to complain and if her mother did she intended on using that little fact against her.
The sparkle in her eye instantly became bright once again as she heard the word fun. Excitedly, despite her recent trip to Italy, Cherry asked, This is why you're the best Sal! Any ideas?! It did not matter that she had been to many of Italy's greatest historical landmarks, the second and third time around still felt amazing and magical to Cherish. But it was not just the history, but the general culture of Italy that made her so ecstatic about having fun there, despite having to shop.

It was odd that Cherry couldn't find a free day, while Salvatore was usually able to find at least one every week. Perhaps because he didn't do a whole lot socially aside from occasionally going out with his mates and visiting Cherish, but you'd think that he'd have a much busier life as a Quidditch player. Especially since he did quite a bit of charity work, though in the last month it had been significantly less than usual. "Ah, this is true, but I already sleep more often than I should, so really you're doing me the favour by occupying my time. It's a benefit to my health, if anything," he replied with a short nod. He was now just pulling reasons out of his ass that could possibly make sense logically if you thought about them, but probably weren't all too valid in the long run. However, it did, sort of, make a bit of sense and Sal was pleased with the way the conversation was going, even if he probably still wouldn't win in the end. He rarely ever did.
At least he managed to win her over in the sense that she was excited to practice with the team. The fact that they had first become extremely close friends definitely helped with his ability to do things right and charm her, since he knew little quirks and facts about her that most people probably wouldn't. That made it incredibly easy to come up with things that she would inevitably enjoy. "Brilliant,. I'll let the team know that we're having a guest for the day," he nodded, sure that they wouldn't mind too much. For the most part, their practice just before the game was used for different charity purposes anyways, so it was usually more laid back and guests were welcome to come just hang out and see what the team was up to. Of course, only people that were invited could have such a privilege, so it was special either way.
Giving her a rather pompous shrug when she commented that he was the best, Sal had to agree with that statement. He was fairly awesome, if he did say so himself. However, he couldn't say that he had any particular ideas as of yet. They could always walk around and just eat and experience the culture, since that in itself was amazing enough, but he didn't know for sure yet. "It'll be a surprise," he responded with a sly grin. That would keep Cherry guessing for awhile and would give him time to plan something particularly exciting. Obviously that was entirely more fun than planning things out right then, since it gave him some leeway to make things up on the spot once they were actually there.

Cherish gave herself limited time when it came to socializing. In fact the most she did was when she was either participating in her fundraisers or out traveling or being forced to go to some silly event. She wanted to limit the amount of criticism she would receive from her mother and if it meant limiting time for her to be out and about, so be it. Rolling her eyes Cherry commented, Those excuses are ridiculous Sal. Being a woman who first started training as a healer but later switching over to her true passion animals and plants, she was well aware of what made things healthy and not.
Being raised with two boys as her best friend most definitely influenced her as she grew up, but what influenced her the most was the fact that she was to marry one of them. Even though she did not know until she was eleven years old she felt great amount of hatred toward her parents to the point she did everything that angered her mother from flying around to ruining all of her fashionable nice clothing. However what she never did was date or flirt, but oh how she regretted not doing such a thing.
The sparkle in her eyes continued to gleam as she heard the word surprise. The various things that could be done in Italy that would be amazing and breath-taking. It did not matter that she most likely had already done it before, it was Italy. Repeating something over again, such as going to a temple again and again, was something that could never become boring. It was simply too amazing and great.

While it was entirely true that the majority of his excuses were, in fact, completely ridiculous, Sal had no intentions of admitting it. He would absolutely continue to deny all such accusations until Cherry agreed with him or they parted ways. Odds were, it would end in them parting ways before either of them gave in on any matter. That was the general outcome of many of their arguments, which Sal was generally alright with. He rarely brought up past arguments once they were over, so it wasn't like he had much of a reason to be huffy about any of it. "Ridiculously right, you mean?" he asked with a teasing grin. He was aware that Cherry knew it was complete bull, but that didn't really matter to him. At this point, he was more or less just arguing for the sake of argument.
Based on the reaction Cherry gave to his "planned" surprise, Sal had a feeling that no matter what he decided to do for their adventure, she would likely enjoy it. It was a hard place not to enjoy, of course, so he was confident that he would be able to come up with a fairly decent plan for a day out in Italy. As a local, he knew both the major attractions and the smaller, more intimate things about the culture that made it sparkle. "Is there anything in specific that you'd want to do, or should I just make plans on my own?" he questioned. It was, of course, polite to ask. If there was anything in particular that Cherry wanted to do while they were in Italy for the day, than he certainly wouldn't have been opposed to bending any of his plans to fit in with that. Of course, not that he had his plans just yet. There were ideas ruminating in his head, though, so that counted for something.
Taking another sip from his drink, he was disappointed to see that the glass was coming to an end. As much as he would have liked to keep drinking, he knew that he had practice the following day and would regret it if he did. One probably wouldn't hurt much, but more than that could come to be quite the unfortunate mess. The last thing that Sal wanted to do was incur the wrath of their coach. "I do believe I must thank you for a lovely time, though. It's been good catching up," he commented, shooting her a bright smile as he spoke. He was fond of spending time with Cherry, so it was definitely nice to have the chance to just sit about with a drink and catch up on everything happening since they had last seen each other and make plans for future encounters and the like.
