wolf ran his hand through his hair nervously and walked into the transfiguration courtyard. there wasn't a person in sight. he wondered to himself where everybody else was. he shrugged, he didn't care all that much. that meant that there wasn't any slytherins to bully him. this made him smile a bit. he walked over to a bench and sat down. he pulls out a cigarette from his pocket and a liter and lit it. it was becoming a habit of his. a bad habit at that. he had to stop. he blamed it all on daria. she was the one who started all of this. but smoking made him feel good on the inside and it lessened his stammer, which is good. his sister wouldn't be proud of him if she saw him right now. he tried not to think of lucy right now.
wolf looked behind him and to the sides to make sure that lucy wasn't coming his way. he sighed in relief and took another drag of the cigarette. nobody was around, it was the weekend so most of the students were in hogsmeade or inside. it was freezing outside so most were inside. but wolf liked the cold.

Though it was the afternoon and Jace was aware that he probably should have been attending some sort of class, he kind of didn't care. The odds of him needing to use transfiguration at any point in the future were slim, as far as he was concerned, so missing out on class was just fine. However, he did have an essay to turn in for the class, so he found himself heading over towards the courtyard out near the room to find someone to take it in for him. He could just say he was sick or something, whatever story came up. Running into one of his somewhat friends as he walked over, Jace grabbed the kid's shoulder to press the poorly written paper into his arms. "Take this in, yeah? I'm not feeling so good," he commented, patting the guy's back as a quick thanks before taking off to the rather abandoned courtyard nearby.
Rustling through his jacket pocket, Jace grabbed a cigarette, lighting it up with his wand before taking a long drag. As he entered into the courtyard, all he could hear was the whistle of the wind and the slight shudder of leaves as they tumbled across the pavement. His eyes scanned the place quickly for any sign of professors until he caught sight of something else far more interesting. Wolf. Striding across the courtyard with a smirk on his face, Jace leaned up against a pillar near the younger boy and let out another puff of smoke. "Your sister won't take too kindly to your smoking, yanno," he pointed out with a drawl.
