So, I really doubt Felix and his brother would get along in any way. Felix is kind of crazy about house rivalries, so the fact that his older brother is a Slytherin would kill him. I'd say they don't get along on the surface, but Felix would still stick up for him if it came down to it.

I don't have any ideas as to the relationship of Felix and his eldest brother, that pretty much depends on personality and such. But obv, we still need him around.
