 This is JULIAN CORY FINNIGAN. Son of Seamus Finnigan, so he does have the irish/scottish accent. He is quite the charmer and loves girls. All kinds of girls really. He is very talkative and isn't afraid of anything. He is the young marauder's leader, so you can always come to him if something is up. His best friend is Felix Wood.

ARI+JULIAN: Prooobably nothing, since she's the Flying professor. Unless he's a big Quidditch fan and therefore knows who she is.
ASPEN+JULIAN: Aspen is basically nice to everyone and would be supernice to him tooo.
ERINN+JULIAN: She might flirt at him sometimes, but probably not all too often since she's more into womenn. She'd be all for helping out with the Marauders pranks and such.
FELIX+JULIAN: Bros.
LY+JULIAN: They could probbably be friends.
MEGAN+JULIAN: She would hate him on principle.
TALAN+JULIAN: Talan would also hate him a lot.

DELILAH&JULIAN;
Delilah would find him attractive, and would probably try and hang out with him, and she would be nothing but nice to Julian, which isn't normal for Delilah, but she wants to impress Felix, and the perfect way is through his best friend.
ELLIE&JULIAN;
Would have a HUGE crush on him. He's adorable, older, and her brother's best friend. Her following of her brother would about half be attributed to his time spent with Julian.
JACOB&JULIAN;
Charms professor, maybe would talk to him in the hallways, but not too much between them besides that.
TAYLOR&JULIAN;
Would party together, and would be somewhat friends. They'd definitely be civil, if not more of friends (it's up to you). Taylor would probably try and hook up with him when she's drunk.

Anna is extreemely sweet and smart. She is also ex-girlfriend and Felix's best girl friend. So they probably know each other through Felix, so good friends.
Dimitri & Julian
Dimitri is a member of the Marauders. So that could be one connection they have to each other.That's basically all unless you have an idea.
