PAJAMAS
It had been approximately three weeks since Megan had bothered to show up for her Defense Against the Dark Arts class. In fact, it could even have been longer, since that was usually one of the classes that she preferred to avoid. It required too much thinking and doing and that just didn't work for the girl. Not to mention, she thought the professor was a pretty lame stick in the mud that didn't respond to her flirting with exemptions from work and the like. At least with some of her professors, they understood that Megan just wasn't going to do it and that it was easiest to just pass her and move on with their lives. It wasn't like Megan would ever care enough to try, since it just didn't matter to her. She didn't need it and she didn't feel like she had the ability to do it anyways.
So, today, she was going to make something of an appearance to class, just to be sure that they didn't completely fail her out. There was supposedly some sort of rule that you had to show up a certain number of days to get credit for attending and she figured that today was good enough of a day. She'd slept pretty much all morning, so she felt somewhat rested and up to attending some of the class. She might end up leaving part way through, but at least she would be there and that obviously had to count for something. For Megan, at least, it counted for something. This was an improvement over the last few weeks, so obviously the professor should be pretty impressed with her efforts. Whichever professor it was, anyways. Megan didn't bother to remember most of them.
Sliding out of her bed, clothed in her pajamas and not giving a damn about dress codes, Megan padded out of the Slytherin commons and up to the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom. Surprisingly, she managed to remember how to get there without trouble and showed up to the classroom just as class was getting out. She considered just giving up and heading back to bed or something, considering the fact that the class was now over and there really wouldn't be much reason for her to be there, but she didn't. For whatever reason, Megan continued on into the classroom to chat up the professor and see where she could get with that. Probably nowhere, but it wasn't like that had ever stopped her before.
Waiting for the rest of the students to get out of the room, Megan sauntered in and plopped down on top of the desk nearest to the front of the classroom, an amused smirk resting on her face. She had a pretty good feeling that the professor would be less than pleased with her antics and that made it just that much more amusing to the girl. Consequences didn't matter at all to her and really, it was all just a big joke as far as she was concerned. "Ayy, Professor. How's it?" she called out, a pretty disinterested tone to her voice, but a devilish grin taking over her face. Honestly, it was a surprise that she was actually in class at all and even more surprising that she wasn't currently wasted, but that didn't make up for the fact that she'd skipped the past few weeks and showed up after class had ended today.
