ALL STUDENTS THAT HAVE RETURNED THE SURVEY HAVE BEEN PLACED IN A COMMITTEE THAT WE FELT BEST REPRESENTED THEIR TALENTS. ANY COMPLAINTS MAY BE SENT TO THE MINISTRY'S HEAD OF CHARITABLE SERVICES AND WILL BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY. ATTACHED TO THIS LETTER IS A LIST OF ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE JOBS FOR THE UPCOMING EVENT, AS WELL AS A DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT. LET IT BE REMINDED TO ALL THOSE ASKED TO ATTEND THAT STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE PART IN ALL ACTIVITIES ON THEIR SCHEDULE, LEST THEY RISK EXPULSION FROM THE HOGWARTS SCHOOL OF WITCHCRAFT AND WIZARDRY.

OFFICIAL MINISTRY EVENT
In an effort to aid the recent influx of downtrodden wizards in the area, the Ministry of Magic has organized an event to help raise funds for the cause. This Saturday at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a charity Quidditch match will be played out. Along with the match, there will be other entertainment and provided food, as well as an evening ball to celebrate the money raised. Listed below are the positions that our volunteers will be asked to participate in. We would like to thank everyone in advance for their generosity and do have a good time.
THE QUIDDITCH MATCH
THE PROFESSIONALS: Seeker- Jacqueline Nightingale Keeper- Callum Hunt Chaser- Ari Davies Chaser- Felicity Stryder Chaser- Rory O'Neill Beater- Daniel Barton Beater-
THE STUDENTS: Seeker- Daisy King Keeper- Dean Cattermole Chaser- Erinn Thomas Chaser- Alfie Chase Chaser- Nika Krum Beater- Felix Wood Beater-
Those asked to participate in the actual Quidditch match have been bestowed with a great honor. These students and professionals will square off in a match to help raise funds and provide a center point for the event. Afterwards, they are asked to stick around for a short period of meet and greet, in which they will sign autographs and take pictures for further donations.
THE ENTERTAINMENT

The students that are under the entertainment category are asked to perform before and after the match. An instructor will be sent to the school a week prior to the event to help coordinate the routine.
THE FOOD

Those on the food committee are going to aid in the baking and the sale of the products chosen for the event. This will require a team effort within the booth to produce and take charge of the transaction of monies.
THE SECURITY

The security team will be asked to maintain order in case of an emergency, as well as ensuring that each of the students is on task with what they have been asked to do. They will be assisted by a number of official Ministry employees to ensure that the event goes down properly.

OUT OF CHARACTER INSTRUCTION
- All threads pertaining to the April Event will take place in this board. I'll start off a number of threads for each of the committees and then we can take it from there. For now, it will mainly be the threads during and before the start of the event, but then later once things have started to get going, I'll start the thread for the ball that will take place later in the evening (event time).
-The threads for the event should go quickly, so it is preferred that all posts are kept to around a paragraph long. The quickfire style will help get things moving with the event, which will help make sure that it gets somewhat finished before the end of the month.
-Not everyone is required to post, but it would definitely be more fun if everyone participates, so be sure to throw in as many characters as you can. Everyone should have a place, so yes. Also, other adults that aren't specifically asked to attend are welcome to come as well, since the event does need some spectators. So, do feel free to throw them in as well. Perhaps some of the other adults would be the big donors that can get the charity thing going.
-If you have any questions, please ask ^^ We want to make sure that the event runs as smoothly as possible, so yes. Ask.
-Anyone that did not previously fill out the form necessary to join in the event may still do so. Just respond to the thread in the announcement and you will be placed on a committee. We want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to get involved! So, yes!
